Early summer: that time of year when summer begins, even though spring isn’t quite over yet. When the days are the longest and lightest. That’s when the Nordic music and nature poetry—with its lightness and weightlessness, with a touch of melancholy—is just what you need.
The Academy Chamber Choir of Uppsala invites you to a concert in the Orangery at Linneanum in the Botanical Garden. The program features works by contemporary and older Nordic composers, including Benny Andersson, Anna Cederberg-Orreteg, Edvard Grieg, Alice Tegnér, and August Söderman.
